Although it is not common, the Emirates Department of Migration can take more time than usual (which is the one expressed here) in issuing the visa. It must be taken into account that the informed visa process takes into account the days of the Emirates (Friday and Saturday are NOT workable days) and that special dates and holidays in the Emirates the Department of Migration can remain closed. The dates in which the Department of Migrations is usually closed are:
Christian New Year: January 1st.
Islamic New Year (Al-Hijra): Day 1 of the first month of the Islamic calendar.
Birth of the Prophet (Mouloud): Celebration of the birth of Muhammad.
Access to the throne of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan-al Nahyan: 6 August. Commemoration of the day when he acceded to the throne that would become the first president of the United Arab Emirates.
Ascension of the Prophet (Leilat al-Meiraj): Commemoration of the Prophet Muhammad’s ascent to the heavens.
Ramadan: Ninth month of the Muslim calendar. For 30 days the fast is maintained until sunset.
End of Ramadan (Eid al-Fitr): Three-day festival in which the fasting is broken throughout the month.
Day of Sacrifice (Eid al-Adha): Variable date. The one known as the Feast of the Lamb is one of the most important in the Muslim world. During their four days of life the families get together and enjoy eating the sacrificial animal. In general it is during the month of September and can be extended during 10 days
National Day: December 2nd. Celebration of the birth of the United Arab Emirates.
Christian Christmas: December 25th.

What happens if I start the process of my visa for/ through 2 different places at the same time?
In case a person has initiated the processing of the visa to the United Arab Emirates by 2 different websites and / or different managers of the visa the passenger could have serious problems since the visa could be denied and remain in irregular situation or enter into category Of “black list”. In the event that a person submits his application through our company and it is established that the visa application had previously been initiated through another site, the visa application will be canceled by migrations and the passenger will NOT be entitled to a refund of the amount Subscribed for processing.
